Dr. Fred J. Mora, Jr., PsyD, President
Dr. Fred Mora serves as the Founder, President & CEO of the Corporate University. Dr. Mora has over 40 years of experience as a professional HR management consultant in the Central San Joaquin Valley and serves as regular faculty with Corporate Universuty on a variety of HR and employment labor law issues.
Dr. Mora earned his Doctorate of Psychology in Organizational Behavior from Alliant University in Fresno, CA and has served as a full-time professor at Fresno Pacific University in the School of Business for over 11 years. Dr. Mora also serves as a practicing organizational psychologist for organizations.
Mr. Fred J. Mora, III, MA, Director
Mr. Fred Mora III serves as the Co-Founder and Director of the Corporate University. Mr. Mora also serves as a professional HR consultant in the field of business and human resource management. Mr. Mora earned his Master's Degree in Education from Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, CA and has over five years working in public education and over 11 years combined experience working as an adjunct professor and faculty with National University amd Fresno Pacific University, including serving as an instructor for Human Resources Consortium and Corporate University.
Mr. Mora serves as regular faculty with Corporate University and teaches on a wide variety of general business, human resource management, and employment labor law topics.
From time to time, Corporate University maintains support faculty which provide much needed experience and knowledge in other subject matters offered. Our support faculty bring years of relevant field experience with supportive academic education.

- facilitate change in the organization through the offering of job-specfic and company-specific training; and

curriculum
The Corporate University offers a blended curriculum consisting of workshops, seminars, online education and webinars. Our courses primarily focus on general business, business management, business administration, human resource management, and organizational development. A select number of our courses also serve as core-curriculum for our Master's Certificates of Professional Development.
Our courses are considered a form of extended education or professional development and do not provide any credit toward an undergraduate or postgraduate degree or research.

Our audience generally lends itself to working professionals and organizations in a number of job-fields and industries. However, the Corporate University maintains a degree of flexibility to ensure that it is able to reasonably meet the needs of today's organizations and their workforce. In today's professional arena, job demands and expectations are increasing and the Corporate University continuously strives to meet this ever-changing culture.
