our charitable purpose

1. to educate the general public through the offering of of extended education and continuing education through workshops, seminars, online classes, webinars, lectures, conferences, and through the dissemination of educational publications. We primarily focus our educational curriculum and topics on:
   • state and federal wage and hour issues;
   • internal and external employee relations;
   • workplace safety;
   • employee compensation and benefits;
   • leadership and management;
   • general business operations;
   • general human resource management; and
   • organizational development.
2. to provide professional development certificates in the following concentrations: 1) Strategic Human Resource Management, 2) Supervisory and Management Development, and 3) Management and Organizational Development;
3. to work with or assist other educational or charitable institutions in the furtherance of their charitable objectives and purpose;
4. to disseminate educational materials, such as newsletters, publications, and supplemental training materials to the general public who attend Corporate University events and training opportunities, such as our workshops, seminars, and online classes; and
5. to extend continuing education credit or hours to the general public who may hold certain professional certifications or licenses.

• provide professional and affordable training and education to all;
• provide the means for organizations to increase employee retention through the development of job-related skills and knowledge;
• provide a level of training whereby what is learned in our courses is directly applicable to the work environment;
• facilitate change in the organization through the offering of job-specfic and company-specific training; and
• instill in the individual and the organization a sense of value, self-worth, and accomplishment.

When we developed our curriculum, we wanted to ensure our courses were applicable to the job market and the needs of the average employee and working professional. We structured our courses to include up-to-date information, strategies, models, methods, and examples - all designed with the purpose of enhancing an individual's knowledge and skills.

Our focus is centered around the lives of people. When an individual attends one of our courses, we want them to leave with a sense of personal accomplishment, value, and self-worth.
